How it Works
Retreats are by Invitation Only
If you are visiting this site it is likely that you have been invited to attend a specific workshop. You will pay two different fees: one to the retreat leader and the second to the Seymour Ranch for housing, meals, and use of the facilities.
Room prices per night are listed next to each room description. Depending upon the arrangement, meals and use of the property may be charged at a per diem rate.
A Community of Creativity
This unique property provides both privacy and community. While guests will book their private rooms, all guests are part of the same group and we share the benefits of community spaces: the kitchens, the pool, decks and patios.
Meals
A hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as beverages throughout the day -- may be provided by the hosts at a per diem rate. Alternatively, the retreat organizer may choose to make other arrangements. We do not serve alcohol but please feel free to bring your own wine or beer to enjoy appropriately!
